Overall best: Infinix Hot 12
The Infinix Hot 12 is everything Infinix stands for. In terms of design, specs, and price, it’s a flagship that’s entirely worthy of the title for now. There’s a lot to like about the Infinix Hot 12, but here are the main reasons you’ll love it:
Gaming-centric specs
The Infinix Hot 12 is powered by a Mediatek Helio G90T processor with a max clock speed of 2.05 GHz. The Infinix Hot 12 is equipped with a Mali-G76 3EEMC4 graphics processor that delivers all the performance you’ll need for even the most demanding games – from Fortnite to PUBG.
Above-par gaming performance translates to above-par performance everywhere else. MediaTek says this processor is 26% faster than the competition based on Manhattan benchmark testing, but that’s boring with all the Kafkaesque details. This device isn’t a slouch; it’ll perform as well as flagships from other top-of-the-line manufacturers.
The unapologetically bold design
Infinix has gone full blazing guns with the design of the Hot 12, and we can describe it as odd but intriguing. The back has a diamond-shaped camera bump that, if anything else, looks like an asymmetrical square. There’s a noticeable bump on the back, the bezels are there (you’ll notice them), and there’s a prominent chin.
Thick in a good way, though, and I think a lot of people will appreciate the Hot 12’s form factor. That said, if you’re a big fan of the sleeker things in life, the Hot 12 might be a bit unnerving to look at, operate, and handle.
The complete package it offers
Apart from gaming, the Infinix Hot 12 also does everything else you’d expect from a mid-range Smartphone, and it does it well. There’s a 64MP wide, 8MP ultrawide, 2MP macro, and another 2MP depth sensor quad. It’s very similar to what you’d find on the Camon 15 Premier, so performance should be no different. Video recording can be done at 30fps for 4K and 60fps for 1080p.
The front has a dual-cam setup with a 48MP lens and an 8MP ultrawide lens. You can also record 4K video with the 48MP camera.
Screen resolution is 1080 x 2460 on the Infinix Hot 12. Even though it’s not the best screen out there, it still displays very crisp and detailed images and videos. First impressions are that the brightness and contrast are good, and the colour quality is good too.
Everything is powered by a 4500mAH lithium-ion battery. Infinix also includes a 30W fast charger right out of the box.
The phone ticks every box for a Smartphone enthusiast.
The big screen
Infinix’ Hot 12 comes with a huge 6.9-inch screen, which is to be expected since it’s called a Note. If you’re looking for a device for reading, watching videos, or any other productivity task; then this is a great choice. The only problem is that the quality doesn’t match the screen size.
It’s grainy and not very sharp, but a PPI of 258 is still very acceptable, especially at this price point.
Big battery, fast charge
The Infinix Hot 12 has a 5000mAh battery, and it supports fast charging, but Infinix didn’t ship a fast charger with it. It comes with a regular charger. 5000mAH is a lot even by today’s standards, and I’d say this would last for more than a day on a full charge, as long as you don’t do too much heavy lifting.
The surprisingly decent build
Polycarbonate is the material used for the Infinix hot 12 and while that’s just fancy talk for plastic, this phone looks and feels great.
There are three color options on the phone – black, purple, and green. There’s a matte brush look paired with a glossy back, so it’s dual-toned, no matter what color you get. It’s a nice effect and if anything gives the phone a bit of sophistication.
Price, obviously
All cheapest Infinix mobile price in Pakistan is available at Pinpack,pk. The Hot 12 price is only 25,000 Pkr, that’s what you must pay to get your hands on. The fact that it has a HD screen, fingerprint sensor, and 32GB of storage makes it a steal in today’s market. But at least you’re not stuck with Android 10’s Go Edition and a crappy camera.
